Eco-dose helps the operator in the weighing of recipe ingredients, without the need of a professional figure (icecream maker, confectioner, etc.).

The management software program developed includes the following functions:

• Recipes archive with automatic balancing of low fat, sugars
• Input of new recipes with possibility of password protection
• Calculations concerning the production (ie. Quantities weighed, recipe costs, consumptions management)
• Management of production lots with record of the correspondent ingredients lot.
  

The operator will recall the recipe on the PC touch screen, will manually introduce in the bucket the ingredients required, in the quantity calculated, to get the recipe. The scale will automatically control their weighing. The mix obtained will be manually transferred to the mixer and consequently to the pasteurizer.

Through this technology it is finally possible to easily reproduce
hand-made recipes (ice-cream and/or confectionery), starting from
the raw material (ie sugar, neutral, dextrose). The production costs
will go lower and you will get a personalized recipe. The technology
helps in improving the life quality of the artisan.
