1) CONNECTION TO ECODOS M9 CARPIGIANI

 

In this case ECODOS D9 is combined with our own production batch freezer ECODOS M9 for a whole automatic management of the ice-cream production cycle.ECODOS M9


The mix pasteurized into ECODOS D9 is transferred to automatically to batch freezer. Once freezing is completed, an acoustic alarm calls the operator that ice-cream is ready for extraction.

In case chocolate has been made, it is possible to set from the PC an automatic washing with hot water for both the pasteurizer and the freezer. A deeper washing can also be programmed with chemical agents.
The models of our production range are 2 : for 6 and 9 kg. Ice-cream.
This combination is ideal for people wishing to open a new ice-cream shop or to strengthen the productivity of the shop.

 

2) CONNECTION TO TRADITIONAL BATCH FREEZERS

It is easy to connect the automatic weighing unit to traditional batch freezer, already functioning into your laboratory.

In this case ECODOS D9 will dose:

1) Recipes composed by dry ingredients (the keg on which the recipe has been prepared can be removed by the weighing position)

2) Recipes composed by dry ingredients plus milk or water
Ecodos can manage the delivery of the dissolved and pasteurized mixture also to batch freezers on site.
